MiPymeTech is a Colombian technology company specializing in web hosting, domain registration, corporate email, and professional web design services for SMEs.

These terms govern the contractual relationship between MiPymeTech and its clients. The use of our services implies full acceptance of these terms.

• Web Hosting: Shared hosting on SSD NVMe servers with 99.9% guaranteed uptime.
• Domain Registration: Registration and renewal of .com, .co, .com.co and other extensions.
• Corporate Email: Professional email with your own domain, including webmail and IMAP/POP3/SMTP support.
• Web Design: Development of modern, responsive and Google-optimized websites.

• All prices are in Colombian Pesos (COP) and include VAT (19%) where applicable.
• Payment must be made in advance for hosting and domain services.
• Electronic invoices are issued according to Colombian tax regulations (DIAN).
• There are no automatic refunds; please contact us for special cases.
• Domain renewals must be completed before the expiration date to avoid loss of the domain.

• Services may be cancelled at any time by notifying us via email or WhatsApp.
• Hosting and domain payments are not refundable once activated.
• Web design services: a 50% advance is required; the remaining 50% is paid upon delivery.
• Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis for service failures attributable to MiPymeTech.

The use of our services for the following is prohibited:

• Hosting illegal, abusive, offensive or spam content.
• Activities that violate the laws of Colombia or the country of origin of the user.
• Phishing, malware distribution, or cyberattacks of any kind.
• Mass sending of unsolicited emails (spam).
• Excessive consumption of server resources affecting other users.

Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension without refund.

MiPymeTech is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Colombian law (Law 1581 of 2012 — Habeas Data).

• We collect only the data necessary to provide our services.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.
• Your data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.
• You may request correction, deletion or portability of your data at any time.

• We guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance.
• Scheduled maintenance is communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third parties, force majeure, or internet backbone failures.

• MiPymeTech is not responsible for data loss due to client negligence.
• We recommend keeping external backups of your data and files.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value paid for the service in the affected period.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

MiPymeTech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In compliance with current Colombian legislation, MiPymeTech categorically rejects any form of exploitation, abuse or violation of the rights of minors and victims of human trafficking.

📜 Law 679 of 2001

This law establishes measures to prevent and counteract the sexual exploitation, pornography and sexual tourism of minors. In accordance with this regulation:

• It is strictly prohibited to use our hosting, email or web design services to host, distribute, transmit or commercialize any type of content involving minors in a sexual or pornographic manner.
• Any content of this nature detected on our servers will be immediately removed and reported to the competent authorities (Attorney General's Office, National Police — Cyber Center).
• MiPymeTech will fully cooperate with authorities in any investigation related to these types of crimes.

📜 Law 985 of 2005

This law adopts measures for the prevention and fight against human trafficking, protecting victims and punishing the transfer, recruitment or reception of persons for exploitation purposes. Consequently:

• It is strictly prohibited to use our services to advertise, facilitate, promote or execute activities related to human trafficking in any of its forms.
• Any content or activity suspected of being linked to human trafficking will be immediately reported to the corresponding authorities.
• MiPymeTech will not host, under any circumstances, websites, platforms or content that serve as a means to recruit, transfer or exploit trafficking victims.
